A Primer on Ottawa’s response to the Lincoln Report

Heritage Minister Liza Frulla will table in Parliament a response to the Lincoln Report on Monday, April 4. FRIENDS, ACTRA and the CEP will be paying close attention to a number of key issues, and have prepared the following primer on Ottawa's response to the Report.
