Letter to FRIENDS re: CBC in High Prairie, Alberta

February 14, 2005

Subject: CBC for ALL Canadians

Wow, so glad to see you exist. My sister sent me this page.

How about adding to your campaign CBC for all Canadians. I live in High Prairie, Alberta, and I cannot get CBC radio in my home. I wrote to CBC 3 years ago and they told me that, High Prairie, Lloydminister and Cold Lake in Alberta, all cannot get CBC.

You can get it just outside of town, but not in town, If you are driving around in town it will fade in and out.

I love CBC radio and still miss it. I bought a dish because they told me I could get CBC, but it was only Toronto, not the local provincial information.

I think before we expand CBC or restore it to they way it used to be they should make sure ALL Canadians can get the signal.

Thank you for fighting for the CBC, I remain a big fan, and I did send a letter to Paul Martin, I hope it helps, I wonder if I'll get a response.
