Withdrawal of financial support for Canadian Television Fund

Jim Shaw, Jr.'s letter to the Canadian Television Fund announcing the withdrawal of Shaw Communications' financial contribution.  Note that Shaw fails to acknowledge the basis on which the funds are contributed, and appears to consider the funds to be the property of his company, rather than cable subscribers' money which the CRTC has allowed his company to collect in trust.
